Refund Policy
Subscription refunds
FitMunch subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
14-day refund window
If you're not satisfied within your first 14 days, email support@fitmunch.com.au for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email support@fitmunch.com.au with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
